Lazy Days

lazy
works cited: dress c/o spotted moth; flats urban outfitters; cardigan the gap

Spring break has made me shamefully lazy. I graded midterms for all of 2 hours today and was so exhausted afterward that I went into a nap-coma on the couch for several hours. Luckily, tonight's schedule doesn't look very demanding--pizza, more Iris Murdoch, and if I'm feeling really energized, a viewing of Brideshead Revisited.
P.S. After I posted about this dress, spotted moth spontaneously sent it to me (thank you!!). It was a big treat in the middle of studying for my exams and I'm so glad it is warm enough to wear now.

I love this dress (and I also love the yellow mustard one you posted in february). You are lucky it's warm enough to wear dresses. Around here, we are still stuck with winter coats, boots and scarves! It's starting to get warmer (if warmer can be applied to 32 degres)! Enjoy the rest of your spring break.

I'm right there with you! I keep thinking I should get up off the couch and drag myself into the library (or at least my home office!) to write, but then...eh. Oh well, that's what spring break is for, right?

What a cool dress! Ahh! My spring break isn't for two more weeks (Which is fine because it's snowing here and I refuse to deal with that on SPRING break!)

I'm so jealous of every blogger I've seen actually getting to wear spring clothes. Winter is still here! I haven't seen much from Spotted Moth but this is so cute, I'm going to have to check them out!

So jealous of the weather you're having. There's a 2-4" snow forecast for tonight here. I think that dress made me audibly sigh, so perfect!

Are you standing on the remnants of a super bowl 12 pack? Cause if you are, I might like that better than the dress.

I'm just impressed that you got dressed in something other than sweatpants on your spring break. When I'm sitting around the house on days off, I have a hard time motivating myself to put on anything that doesn't have an elastic waist. Good thing I didn't get a spring break this year, or my blog that week would have been five days of pictures of me in my PJs.

Have you read Iris Murdoch's 1st novel-Under the Net? It's awesome. Have you seen the movie Iris? And what version of Brideshead are you watching? The original or the remake? You look great by the way-as always. :)

paige! i haven't. i think the black prince is the second of her novels i've read (although i realized halfway through that i've read it before...sigh...so maybe i have read more that i've just spaced out on?). i'm going to watch the remake, just out of curiosity. have you seen either??
and thank you xoxo!!
