Kelsey + Tania + Tucker

swap

swap
works cited: tucker for target dress; target belt; clarks wedges

It's clear now that quite a few bloggers also bought this tucker for target dress a week or so ago, and it's been wonderful inspiration to see it remixed on various blogs (like Academichic and What I Wore). But Kelsey and I decided to take it one step further and do a little remix swap. This is her take on the dress:

kelsey

I love the way the green tights brings out the green of the dress pattern. And those shoes are (clearly) swoon-worthy. If you want to see details on Kelsey's outfit--and more pictures of mine!--head over to snappy casual (she really is this adorable all the time).
Thanks for swapping remixes with me, Kelsey!

I thought you lived in the midwest? Because here in Iowa City it is SERIOUSLY FREAKING COLD, and there is no way I could get away with a dress without tights--I wish!

How is it warmer in Wisconsin than it is in Illinois?! I mean, I GUESS I'm by a giant body of water, but still.

Sigh, every time I see this dress, I want it, or at least want to live in a country that has Target!

I LURVE this dress and plan to make it my own this weekend. I'm just hoping it won't be sold out by the time I make it to Target! You know, like the blue ikat dress from their fall line was... :(

we're in the one tiny pocket of the midwest where it has been so warm the past few days! don't be too jealous, though, it is supposed to be FREEZING for the next week!

So, I didn't know they were reissuing this dress, but had been lusting after it for ages. I snagged one from ebay for a great price, only I assumed a different type of sizing (juniors) and now that I see all the cute pictures of people I realize my dress is at least one size too big! I may just have to wander into Target to get one in the correct size ASAP!

I love the way you styled that dress. It looks perfect for transitioning into spring. Those platforms are amazing too!

I got the black floral Tucker dress and I'm loving it. Even thought this isn't the same one, it is similar and the blog posts are giving me some ideas! Thanks!

PS I got some oxford Clarks and they are really comfortable and adorable. I am a new fan!

I like both your takes on it. You look rally beachy, and springy. Her green tights look really cool with it.

Oh gosh... love both stylings! I'm really pining over that dress now. I could only find it online - my local Target doesn't carry it. And Kelsey's shoes? Totally want 'em! :) I'd definitely wear the dress the way you styled it!

I wish England had Target! ;)
I am very impressed by all the ways you have remixed this dress - though wouldn't expect less from a veteran 30 for 30er!

Ahhh, this Tucker for Target dress haunts me! I have been in Mexico for BOTH of its releases; otherwise, it would be mine, too. You both look lovely in it: you look so fresh and ready for spring, and Kelsey's green tights are such a perfect clash with the colors in this dress. Well done to you both!
