Sometimes I get a little tired of the same standing-in-a-gray-street pictures, so today Christopher's brother suggested that we try posing on the hood of the car, in an homage to girl-and-hot-rod photography (here's a silly example) just to mix things up. Strangely, nerd-and-beat-up-suburu doesn't have quite the same effect...

LOL! this cracked me up. i'm sure i'd be even more un-hot-rod-girl-esque on the hood of my ford escape. i have that same necklace from truly sarah and i LOVE it! so simple and pretty. sarah is probably the sweetest person alive--i got so excited when i saw you wearing a necklace from her shop!
Hahaha! "Nerd-and-beat-up-suburu", priceless. I'd call it "natural-beauty (no make-up?! gah!) -on-realistic-person's-ride". Besides, the green paint brings out the jade in that pretty necklace!

Okay, your last picture just made me chuckle so loud that The Doc asked me what was funny! I showed him the pic, and he said "I like nerdy girls on nerdy cars...it looks like you." Which made me laugh even more. Boys.
