Just when I thought I was done with my bean boots until next season, we got a few inches of snow. Instead of sulking about it (which believe me, I wanted to), I'm remembering how excited I was to get snow in early December, and I'm just enjoying one of the last days where the trees and bushes are decorated white. As for the outfit, I'm trying to break out of my just-want-to-wear-jeans-every-day slump with this bright skirt and tights, but in retrospect, I think brown tights would've probably been a little better/mellower. Live and learn, right?

it's raining like crazy over here, and i am wearing my bean boots because my wellies are all tore up (and pitifully held together with duct tape)!

i like the magenta tights here, but you could trying layering some darker fishnets or pointelle tights on top to break up the brightness.

I am always excited to see how you've styled the classic duck boots. I need to get me a pair!

I love the tights! Don't change a thing, your killin' it in this outfit. I love that skirt, and I think the hat with the boots adds enough neutral so that the tights work! :)

I love this outfit, the skirt is adorable!! And I disagree aboutthe tights-- I love the tone on tone. Brown tights would look cute too, but I really like the tights you chose!

I love the tights!
They were the first thing I noticed about the outfit, it seriously brought a smile to my face and I thought "Aww, there's Tania looking ridiculously adorable in her bright tights and awesome stocking cap!" This outfit achieves a perfect balance between girly and outdoorsy-chic (it's a thing, I swear!). Well done you!

I like the tights. I think they look aawesome against the snow. I feel like I need bright colors to get you through the last little bit of winter. We got a ton of snow, and it still hasn't let up.

Oh I like the purple. And I'm not usually a color person, so maybe it's a great combo:).

Great outfit! The tights look really pretty with that skirt.

No way, I say brown would have melted into your boots. But I've been a bit of a color addict lately, like for reals. I had to just put the red tights down yesterday.

I like this combo. However, there are times when brown tights would be more appropriate, but this outfit works for the rest of the time!
