It is officially frozen in the midwest and I can still barely move my fingers after having them exposed for these photos. (Christopher kept saying, "Just pretend you're warm! Only a picture or two more.") I can't believe we're on outfit 25 and this blazer is coming out for the first time. I'm not much of a blazer person, so I thought the 30 for 30 would encourage me to make more of this one, but I suppose I'll have to make more of it in just 5 outfits instead (whoops). Speaking of which, I can't believe I only have 5 outfits to go--I still feel like I have loads of remix ideas and a few pieces that could use another wear or two.

Gosh that does look a lot of snow but your outfit does look toasty.
I'm on Day 29 today, can't wait for Wednesday, first day of freedom!
I ran my 30 days consecutively to get it over and done with, did you do the same?

i've been loving your remixing! the perfect thing about that frigid midwestern weather is the abilty to layer. wonderful work at layering up in this one.

You look snug in all your layers! And that's crazy you still had an unworn item on day 25! I'm not much of a blazer person either but included one in my 30 items, and I think I just wore it twice so far. Oh well.

You look warm! Good job pretending. :) I'm not much of a blazer person, either. I try to be, but it's not easy!

I should be in outfit 20 today. But instead, I'm wearing sweatpants, jeans, and shearling lined crocs. I don't have any warm clothes in my 30 line-up. I'll have to get CREATIVE! I'm jealous that you have so many more remix ideas. I wish I did!

Tania, I love the layers here! My blazer has {sadly} only managed to make 1 outfit as well. I thought I just skipped over it a lot in my closet, turns out I just don't really care for it. Now I know!

I love the layering here - but also am inspired by your willingness to take pictures in the frozen tundra!! I couldn't bring myself to take pics yet, it is so freezing here in VA!!

You look adorable in the blazer, so I'm glad you brought it out! Love the colors here - your nails are super cute even in the midst of their suffering ;)

Blazer! I was wondering when it would make it into an outfit. It's a great layering look, and I like how it coordinates with your nails. I'm not a blazer person myself, so I'll be interested to see if you decide to use this more in the next few days.

I know, damn the cold. Good thing you look so great in a hat, lady!

You look fantastic even though you're frozen. I finished my thirty outfits, and I could have gone on for at least another week or two. I even had a casualty during the challenge.

That blazer is awesome and I love your fingernails :) Hides the blue no doubt is spreading underneat the polish :D

I take my shots with a tripod so now it 's December I snap one of those gel heat pads to get some feeling back in my hands for operating the camera between shots LOL. Looks colder where you are though! Bloggers, what a crazy breed ;)

ok so this is why we moved away from the snow. not that you don't look cute but for reals, wouldn't you rather have fake winter (you know, cold days but the sun is still around when you need it)?? hahah, jk. we moved for lot's of reasons. no worries;)

LAYERS! layering is the best thing ever in cold weather. we got our first mini snow the other day, I can't wait for it to get actually cold and snowy so that my layers make sense.

Thank goodness for hats in cold places, right? My life in Chicago got so much better once I bought a hat to wear in the winter (with matching pink scarf!).

I haven't been commenting as much, but I've been enjoying your 30 for 30! Finish strong, lady!

You've been doing such an awesome remix. Also, this blazer SHOULD get more wear. It is awesome and I love it, haha.

Ps. My outfit today is very Tania-inspired. Belted cardi over skirt. :)

I love blazers, but would probably be too chicken to wear one in the snow for fear of freezing. You look super-stylish, though :)

cute cute cute!! I really like this one.

Thanks for being a fellow graduate student who actually tries to dress cute - it inspires me to try while others are in sweatshirts and jeans every day ;)

I like the blazer. I keep wishing I had included one in my 30 because, like you, I don't usually wear them. Oh well - after the 30 I'll figure them out! :)

I really like your blog! You inspired me to make my own personal style blog. Its been lots of fun so far! Well, ok, at least for the past two days! I definitely feel I need more skirts. I didn't think they'd work in winter but now I own tights! ha ha

You look so happy to play in that snow though! Really love this outfit on you, you always look so pretty but approachable. Love it.

So, I love blazers, AND I too had items in my 30 that I thought I would wear more because of the challenge...meh, didn't really happen! You look great though!

I was wondering how you were working the last outfit...in the snow...with NO COAT, and the pic of Christopher showed him all bundled up!!! LOL, style pics are ROUGH during the winter months in cold climates!!! You still manage to make them very cute! :)

I love this outfit!! And, these pictures are too cute! I love the way the snow looks in the backround!! Are those socks the best? I have them in the grey and black and they work wonders!!

I've worn boots over skinny jeans but how on Earth did I never think to layer tall socks in there?!? I LOVE this idea! You look super happy today!
