Seeing Stripes

As warm weather approaches, my inclination is to pare down my style bit by bit. I'm loving easy ensembles--tee shirts, skirts, flats or just a dress and sandals--in bright colors or interesting shapes.

Seeing Stripes

Today this bright number called out to me. I want to wear it with a deeper v-neck long sleeved shirt to balance out the extreme high-waisted-ness but this incredibly old tee was the only thing that sort of fit the bill (who knew I had so many crew-neck tees until this morning).

Seeing Stripes

There's a lot of leg in this, so I'll probably put on bike shorts under the skirt when I take my bicycle to school later. Just to be safe!

1st, awesome location...2nd, i think comfort and ease are really important factors of style (at least for me) 3rd, good thinking with those bike shorts and speaking of bikes...i think you should pose more with your bike i think it's one of the best accessories out there (just a suggestion). :)

Wonderful bright skirt! Modcloth is awesome but so much of their stuff is so short, but this one's not bad! I love that you bike so much!
