If you want to check out just a few pictures I took in London, you can find them here on my flickr (be warned: they aren't very exciting!). Above is me outside the British Library, where I saw first edition handwritten copies of Mrs. Dalloway, Alice in Wonderland, and Origin of the Species. A little confession: I was so enamored I went back for a second visit the following day!
Thank you for all your sweet comments while I was away--I'm excited to get back to outfit posts this week and wear a few things I picked up across the pond. xoxo.

Handwritten copies=awesome! Thanks for the get-well-wishes----am feeling better. Looks like you and your sister had a great time! Mmmm Thai food.
Hey dear, good to have you back! All the pictures are great! London is such a charming place. I think a small piece of me belongs there, ha ha. By the way, this past 2 months I was reading one of the best Virginia Woolf's book: Orlando. When I saw your pics I got so curious to know more about her life...
=)
Did you get something to make a giveaway? :P

Oh, handwritten copies sound amazing, why not visit them more than once, it's not everyday you get to go to the British library!

Wow...you managed to do a lot on your visit...I'm impressed.
I've lived in London all my life and spent 5 years at uni down the road from the British Library and still haven't been there...hah...so awful of me!
Also just checked out your pictures on Flickr...and saw your picture of Jeremy Bentham...I remember the first day I went to uni there the first thing we did was go and have a good look at him...totally creepy.
They used to have his real head on display too...but apparently it's too damaged now...eek...I've always found him to be so creepy.
He also 'votes' in meetings too...hmm...a voting taxidermied corpse...nice.
xx:)
Omg I'm so jealous! London is my ultimate travel destination.
Handwritten copies? Holy moly that's classic.
