Look, I know we're all getting sick of winter (and the extra two inches of snow we got last night didn't exactly help), but facing the cold this morning is a little easier because I have new tights to wear (eeee!). After all the talk on What I Wore about we love colors tights, I finally decided to fill the maroon-colored hole in my tights collection and I bought myself a pair (okay, two).
I can say that the rumors are true--these are the best tights I've ever put on. Warm, thick, and the color is amazing. So today, in all their pink-ish post-Valentine's day glory, I'm breaking out the tights with my trusty Bean boots (I don't know how I'd make it through snowy days without them now). Now I am hoping I win the giveaway on Healthy and Homemade and get to buy myself another pair!

Oooh, good. A review from you is always helpful. I read somewhere else recently that WLC tights are scratchy. But when you say warm and thick, I think that probably works for me.
You did the right thing - colorful tights are the key to surviving winter. ;)
All these great talk about We Love Color tights, I think I am going to have to buy myself a pair or two...or 5 (lol)... I love the maroon!

I have to try these tights. I've been hearing about them since last year and I really should give in because they have every single color you can think of and I hear they're super thick!
Oh, the pink and maroon and yellow of the corduroy are so pretty together. Love them. I am buying some of those tights right now! How reasonably priced!

Love it! As a fellow Californian, I am absolutely a fan of wearing ridiculously bright colors when everything around is grey and white. (I wore a school bus-yellow shirt today.) It is, in my opinion the best way to beat the winter blues!
It's good to know how great those tights are; I've been hankering for a pair myself. I adore the color of that particular pair, and the combination with the ll bean boots is so cute!
